Who we are
Private Jet to Aspen is operated by Charter Jet One, an air charter broker. Private Jet to Aspen is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft.
Information on this site
The content on this site is general information. Prices, flight times, distances, airport details and aircraft specifications are estimates for planning only. They are not offers, and they can change with the aircraft, the route, the season and the operator.
Quotes and bookings
A quote is not binding until you sign a charter agreement with the operating carrier. The operating carrier's details are disclosed to you before you book. All flights are subject to availability and to confirmation by the operator, and an aircraft shown in a quote is not reserved until the agreement is signed.
Prices, taxes and fees
Quotes we send are intended to be all-in. Domestic US charter flights are subject to the 7.5% federal excise tax and per-passenger segment fees, and international trips may carry other government taxes and fees. Costs that depend on the day, such as de-icing, may be estimated in the quote and billed at the actual amount. The charter agreement sets out the final price and what it includes.
Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations are governed by the terms of your charter agreement, including any cancellation charges. Please read them before you sign.
Safety and operational decisions
The operating carrier and the pilot in command have final authority over whether, when and where a flight operates, including decisions to delay or divert for weather, airport restrictions or crew duty limits. Alternate airports discussed on this site or in a quote are plans, not guarantees.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or from information on it, and our liability in connection with the site is limited to direct losses that were reasonably foreseeable. These terms do not limit any liability that the law prevents us from limiting. The operating carrier is responsible for the operation of your flight under its charter agreement.
