Who handles your request

Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Private Jet to Aspen. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Charter Jet One acting for Private Jet to Aspen.

What we collect

Your name, email address and phone number.
Trip details: trip type, route, dates, number of passengers and any notes you add.
Whether you have agreed to receive offers by email.
Referrer and campaign tags: the page that sent you to us and any campaign labels in the link you followed, such as utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign.

We do not ask for payment details on this website.

Why we use it

To answer your request and send you aircraft options and prices.
To arrange and manage your flight if you decide to book.
With your consent, to send you occasional offers such as empty legs and seasonal trips. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any of those emails.

We share your details with the operating carrier and with the service providers we need to quote and book your trip, such as the operators we ask to price your flight and the systems we use to manage requests and email. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep request details for as long as we need them to answer your request, arrange any flight and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. After that we delete them or keep them only in a form that no longer identifies you.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you. To do so, reply to any email you receive from us or send a note through the quote form, and we will respond as the law requires.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies beyond those essential for it to work. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or third-party scripts.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Details of minors traveling on a booked trip are provided by the adult arranging it.
